Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, wrong items or damaged.

PS: NO EXCHANGE IN SIZE and COLOUR. Kindly measure it correctly according to the size chart given. Also, there is no cancellation after you have made your purchase.

You are advice to choose the size based on SKIRT's measurement because all kurung is a loose style.

All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only. (within 7 days upon received).

Please be aware that all must be returned with their original packaging, which includes the original packaging in its original condition, without postal labels. Do not remove the tags label. Items returned without their original packaging will not be accepted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address as instructed. We will be only bear the return postage costs for above mentioned conditions.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 With the following details :

·order ID / number tracking

·return reason

·proof of defect (video/pictures), if applicable

we will vet through your request and guide you accordingly.

Once your return request is accepted, you may proceed with returning the item.

Return product(s) will be inspected by us and products in which conditions do not meet our policy will be rejected and returned back to you.

The return process will take up within 7 working days and you will receive your correct parcel.

We do not accept walk in returns to our warehouse/boutique.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet,
